By adjusting technical parameters such as wind pressure and amplitude, materials with higher specific gravity sink to the bottom and move from low to high against the screen surface, while materials with lower specific gravity float on the surface and move from high to low, thus achieving the purpose of specific gravity separation. This machine is suitable for removing impurities such as chaff, sprouts, insect infested grains, moldy grains, and black powder disease grains from various beans such as coffee beans, mung beans, adzuki beans, kidney beans, soybeans, corn and sunflower seeds, as well as other miscellaneous grains. It can screen grains based on their size, dry humidity, and frequency control. This machine is not limited by the site and can be used for general processing.
